This is an area of hills and lowlands known for the Ramallo slope, with unparalleled views of the sierras and elevations of up to 300 m above sea level.
Access and location:
- Access from National Route Nº 60, at km 46.300.
- 12 km from the city of Minas, 70 kms from Punta del Este and 120 kms from Montevideo.
The farms:
- The subdivision has 28 farms on the west side and 15 on the east side.
- Sizes range from 5 to 7 há.
- They vary in dimensions and geometry, distinguished by their different features: high and low areas, proximity to the route, to the water divides, or all of these together.
- They have internal roads and power lines running through all the farms.
