Golf:
- Its 18 holes were inaugurated in 2000, and since then the course has been maintained to the highest standards of the Four Seasons chain. Since late 2010, it has been the Carmelo Golf Club course and the venue for PGA Uruguay and other important tournaments.
- It has a Driving Range of more than 250 yards, a large hitting platform, approach greens, a Putting Green, and a Croquet court at the foot of the Club terraces. The Golf School operates year-round.
Polo:
- Carmelo Polo Club, a member of the Asociación Uruguaya de Polo since 2011, is based at Carmelo Golf. Its spectacular field, built under the direction of Ing. Alejandro Battro, invites visitors to enjoy the mystique of this sport in a unique setting just 60 km from Buenos Aires.
- The tournament season runs from October to April, bringing together renowned local, Argentine, and European polo players. It has also established an alliance with Polo Club de Chantilly (Paris) and Aix Pertuis (Aix en Provence).
- Year-round activities: tournaments, exhibitions, and a school under the direction of Marcelo (Puma) Pizzorno, polo manager.
Club House:
With more than 700 m², it meets the highest quality standards. Fine materials, excellent design, and good taste create the ideal setting to enjoy a sunset on the terraces overlooking the golf course. Owners and guests can discover the different dining options and enjoy an excellent experience to share with family and friends or at corporate events.
Private beach:
A path through a pine forest leads to the white-sand beach, where visitors can enjoy the sunset over the river. Ideal for relaxation and water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking).
Port:
Access to the moorings at Puerto Camacho, the gateway to Puerto Carmelo and a starting point for afternoons of fishing, skiing, wakeboarding, and boat trips.
La Estancia:
Where the Carmelo Golf Lodge will operate, it retains the typical style of a Uruguayan country estate. It has a bar, restaurant, lounges, changing rooms, tennis courts, and a swimming pool overlooking the polo field.
Villas del Golf:
The master plan provides for two areas for the construction of condominiums overlooking the driving range, surrounded by old Tannat grape vineyards.
Plots:
